I’m excited to announce that this episode of the coal memo is brought to you by the folks at River Bluff collective in case you didn’t know River Bluff is a licensed social Equity cannabis business in the state of Illinois owned by three siblings they invested their life savings to apply for a dispensary license and ultimately won a social Equity Lottery ball which allowed them to build up their business with the help of an investment team they’ve also leaned into hemp to finance their operation you can enjoy they’re amazing hemp derived products like Edibles tinctures and beverages which can River Bluff punch pop is one of my absolute favorite cannabis products I have ever tried with a whopping 50 milligrams of THC per can delivers great effect almost instantaneous instantaneously but I realize that this dosage is a little bit high for most people so for those looking for lower do beverages they also offer the bluff punch pops and 10 mgram form factors and they even have lower dose beverages that are suitable for all tolerances right so right now I got my hands on some of their lemon seltzers uh they’ve also got this strawberry lemonade Seltzer and there’s just 4 milligrams of THC per can for both of these drinks perfect for people that are cannabis curious so if you’re a cannabis veteran you might consider trying something like 50 milligrams but if you’re new to it or just have a lower lower tolerance you might consider trying some of the lower dose drinks and if you’re thinking of trying these drinks this is the month to do it for the entire month of August 2024 you or post a review we’re about to go live with the Melt Market if you’re not sparking up now get ready to it’s time to go live with the Melt Market let’s see are they joining there they are melt Market how’s it going good yourself man can you hear me good yep yep how am I sounding you’re perfect man good V good video good sound good good how you doing good man finally all over got done uh cleaning up the site yesterday ended up with an extra extension cord so I gota let the people know whoever let their extension but uh all in all it was a pretty good event I feel the vendors the people were happy I know the city the police department the fire department were all very happy they gave me a set of rules to follow for the event I followed through and they were most excited that everything went the way I told them it would go that is so cool dude I’ve heard so many great things not only about this recent melt Market uh but just the Melt Market in general I just have to say though I’ve heard so many good things about this recent one so Kudos um do you mind I want to ask you about that that uh you know kind of agreement that you had but before you do that can you just explain to people that may not be familiar with the Melt market and can you tell us what it is generally speaking Yeah so basically I had gone to the sungrown competition in Michigan and I was just blown away by the way that was set up I had been to a few other events like Taste of the soil with TP wizard over at the yellow moon YK and I wanted to kind of bring something like that here to Illinois the only thing was it’s difficult to find find good brands that reply back to you people that are professional and you know the hardest thing for the Melt Market has been to get the logos of the companies I’m working with to help promote them so the companies that I do have their like logos and things like that thank you so much you guys have made it easy to promote yourselves the Melt market and when I get these like vendors to like you know help me out like this I can really push the event forward so I wanted to like replicate what I was seeing in Michigan in that style but like I like to send a lot of people to the vendors so as people are walking around the Melt market asking me who I recommend I try to be fair and recommend at least one of the vendors to a different person depending on what they’re looking for their taste or just the effects of the things they’re looking I don’t know I find that uh most of the consumers that are showing up right away they know the brands they want to buy from the people that show up after the first poth I can guide them around the Melt market and show them you know different vendors what they’re offering and you know if I cons sense that their Vibe might click with a certain vendor I like to direct them in that direction and I think that’s been a big part of the success of the Melt Market is like when you get in I have one of the most positive people I know working the traffic for me so this guy’s out there doing handstand cart wheels back flips and he’s a yoga teacher so he’s like doing poses directing traffic and then you get to the m Mark your front door I got the second and third most positive people I have know working that so I want people to walk in feel happy feel welcome like man like the vendors there really did an awesome job making the Cuba feel welcome and I love that like I’m really happy with the vendors that I’m working with all around um yeah and the support from the people here in Illinois people from Michigan Indiana Missouri Idaho uh man yeah the four people that come that came to this one and the last one from Idaho thank you again that was wild like I just couldn’t believe were coming that far from out of state and then to see some of my friends set up their own booth and like just have success with it and see them like blowing up and other friends helping out some of the venders that couldn’t make it like the deli for example we had strangely rooted Rascal farmer Tomy tricomes you know we wanted them to be a part of this but they weren’t able to make it so we had the deli set up a good representation of what they offer the flavors you can find at their booth for the next mail Market if they’re a part of it but honestly it’s been pretty uh cool the whole thing’s been kind of organic just kind of the way it happened and the police the fire department when I talk to them they’re very open to listen to what I’m saying they know kind of like it’s in the gray but I don’t know they seem to be happy with the fact that the people there are very courteous to the city they don’t trash the cities um if anything we brought more money to the City by people getting like going to restaurants afterwards or beforehand and I think some of the local mod pop businesses too noticed that there was a Panic Room in the same location where the Melt Market was this last time I was sending groups of people to the Panic Room so you know they might get a little dabbed out go to the Panic Room chill out in the AC you know freak out a little bit in the place that’s nice and calm but I think that’s a big thing is like you got to work with the area you’re at so I I informed them I informed the businesses I ask if there’s anything they want from me and for the most part they all see the same thing we don’t want no violence we don’t want to see people getting robbed and we don’t want to see garbage after the event so those are the things that I try to focus on oh yeah and if I could put it shortly it’s like you’ve brought a a farmers market for cannabis to the state of Illinois it’s not the first one but I’m just doing it a little bit differently than from what I’ve seen gotcha gotcha no I just wanted to say that yeah I wasn’t sure whether or not you were the first or not but just just the concept in general right um very very very awesome and and I’m with it and um the reason I really respect you for doing what you do is because the state of Illinois is not great when it comes to access to quality affordable cannabis and so you know I am surprised to hear that people came from Idaho on one hand but on the other hand I am not because dude you are providing this level of access that the state hasn’t figured out yet and it’s funny because we already had it figured out they’re trying to reinvent the wheel you’re you’re showing them how it’s done you know man honestly the thing that helps out is like I’m going to use this vender for example I think he might be watching he say doesn’t stay tuned is ground up Edibles so I take things like what they say and he’s a very good critic of the events I feel like he puts a lot of thought in what he tells me and what I’ve seen him write about other events and I tried to apply that as well so I’m very happy with the vendors when they give me really good information and details and how to make the event better as well and I think the state should really be listening to its citizens which I know they don’t care for but I’ve been listening to people that I’m working with trying to put what they tell me into effect and you really see the results right away we had a little bit of a problem at this one with a lot of the vendors arriving late the first day so the insurance policy that I was working with did not permit me to let people into the event until all the cars were out so it was nice we had a little buildup of people waiting out the door so when they rushed in there all the vendors you know they had a little group of people here and there and it was a nice buildup but I wanted to make things accessible for handicap people I want to have good bathroom stalls I want it to not be so Smokey one of the things that I learned from doing the rising comp the illino rising competition was that things do get overly cloudy and Smoky and we need to find a better way for the ventilation for some of the actual medical patients who that’s a struggle for and that’s one thing that I’m trying to keep into consideration now with any venue that I’m moving forward with so for this next fall melt Market it’s going to be indoors but it has garage doors on the side of the building because it used to be an old Bentley Workshop so they’re going to open those side doors up and we’re going to have pled uh ventilation and we’re going to have installed ventilation inside the venue as well every four feet so that that’s one thing that I’m trying to move forward with that’s that’s awesome dude to hear that you’re improving because you know to your point point I think I just happened to know the person that made the comment I did see one piece of feedback on the last melt market and it was that a person felt the first one wasn’t as accessible maybe as it should be and it sounds like you’re you have worked to improve that so like Kudos man like not only the ventilation and stuff to take care of you know the patient’s Health but also to make it more accessible like that’s so cool and as somebody just said in the comments they said I’ve I’ve been uh this was one of the most manageable peaceful accommodating and organized and diverse events I’ve been to in four years of cannabis events so planning yeah so that’s why I want them every season yeah now I think this is a good segue because one of our listeners just asked southern part of the state needs one too you said earlier you really have to work with the area you know to make sure that they’re comfortable with it is that something you think maybe people in Southern Illinois wouldn’t be comfortable with so I’m not too familiar with Southern Illinois if I’m being completely honest but what I have seen is a lot of people jump the board in Missouri and I know a lot of people that are down South Illinois uh shout out to Noto hooligan he grows a pretty awesome uh flowers down there he does his own Little Flower Risin but he’s like the only person that I really know who’s down there besides tripster 62 so I would really have to get familiar more with the scene down there there and then start getting familiar with the local insurance companies the local politicians to be able to pull off at an event to do it right at least because there’s a lot of events that happen that are completely Black Market if the police show up there’s no permits the police don’t know about it there might be way too many people for that building and the fire department comes and shuts it down and that’s what I want to try to avoid I wanted it to be so the people there are being protected by the city and the police not the other way around um I was just about to say somebody just comment commented lley from Illinois news trint if you don’t are if you’re not already in contact with them I’d love to put you in contact they helped to make now it’s a little different from what you do but they had it was the first I’ve ever seen in the state where Carbondale the city of Carbondale which is actually where this pizza joint is from uh just coincidentally uh allowed for like public consumption you know just like out in the streets in a in a area of course not like everywhere but I’m just saying like that’s a precedent at least for a town that might be accepting you know so maybe maybe if if we start expanding you know definitely hit them up and that’d be cool so one thing that I’ve been telling people all the time that don’t believe me is talk to your local christian mega churches because most of these mega churches have a lot of Stoners and now that it’s legal it’s no longer a sin so one of the Catholic churches by my house is actually sponsored by two dispensaries Budweiser Bud Light and Corona so when they do their Church parties they are there giving out pre-rolls like the dog walker size and they’re giving them coupons for the dispensary now I thought you couldn’t give away like I thought you couldn’t give away samples like that but I guess because they’re a sponsor of the church I don’t know how that works but you know you have these alcohol companies next to these two dispensaries inside this Catholic church and they get like 5,000 people in one weekend so reach out to your local churches people because it’s no longer a sin and they want want your money they want you to rent out their venues their gyms and guess what if you pay them God looks the other way anyway so go to it well said and I just wanted to bounce back to like kind of the background of this entire conversation which is like you know if if you are comfortable with it I’d love you to you know in the spirit of kind of being transparent like if you could Spill the Beans what do the what does the agreement what does the conversation look like with law enforcement and the reason I that is not so that you get run out of town and people start all these things and like I want the Melt Market to stick around but I also do want these B these events to become more prevalent so that’s why I ask you this question you know what I’m saying so first of all like with this I’m familiar with the county um I got in trouble myself for cannabis I got three felonies so I got to meet a lot of the people that were against me a lot of the police officers that were against me and as things changed to legalization I started to go to other meetings and meeting with the local representations of the police force that were for cannabis and so it was through meeting the positive police that are pro legalization all the way um that I was able to be introduced to the right people to apply those permits and ask them the right questions now you need to be involved in your city hall meetings I’m in a I’m in Aurora it’s a pretty big city so we’re broken down to these Wards go to your local Ward meeting and find out from the B like you have to back door your information you got to start backwards and work your way up and you have to be become friends with these people you got to talk to them you might not have all the same ideas and beliefs but be friendly with them because they’re going to open the doors for you to be able to do other things in the future so I try to be involved heavily like with as much local communi as I can I’ve been a volunteer at anal shelter for over 14 years so I know all the people that are from that side I know the people that are volunteering different Church groups and school groups and you guys see kind of like what your city is vibing so for example if I were to go to bavia Illinois I think they have the most medical marijuana cards but the town there is not pro cannabis friendly at all because they rather you keep it private in your home locked up and you grow it and keep it to yourself so I’ve tried doing events there I’ve talked to the police and they don’t care they don’t want it so back door it and get to know your community and once you know them have them like ask your local city hall people who do you know who Pro cannabis because they want to do an event and they’re going to send you to the right direction so they’re not working against you because now that it’s legal they all just want their piece of the pie and I was surprised that this last M Market they didn’t want me to have um off duty police officers working the event so this goes back to years ago to the first goat cup that happened um I came up with this idea for the goat cup and we’re were going to do it at soot Brewery with goat genetics and everything was going smoothly over there but we started having all these hiccups [ __ ] man I just lost my train of thought because I got really stoned off some of this poor Wise Eyes flower let me show you this man it’s all good I think I can get you back on track as long as this doesn’t blow my mind what you’re about to show me you were talking you were really getting into how like it’s important to oh yeah yeah yeah I’m sorry so yes back in the city of Elburn I didn’t make those connections I really got burned by the city we put a lot of thought and plan into it with the brewery the police department and the city but we didn’t have that with the community so when they got up in arms and said they didn’t want it their local government listened to them right away on the first like when they got upset this was wild so that was was a little bit of an experience and eye opener but now that I’m doing it to more closer to home I’m able to access the connections that I have um and also it has has a lot to do with the fact that I told people this all the time if you look like you’re a Trapper if you look like you’re a stereotypical Stoner sorry Huntley not El thank you support dope people don’t look like a stoner don’t look like a stereotype like they’re really going to use that against you and that sucks unfortunately like when I had hair the cops would always pull me over now that I’m bald and have a face beard they wave at me hello I go to these events and people think that I’m an undercover cop you do look like a cop see yeah everyone always thinks that and so to answer to satisfied mind um was I truthful and explain about the sales and everything that was going on I said look we’re going to be having a lot of Farmers we’re going to be having a lot of different growers in representation of these Growers available with their uh Farm Goods that’s how I explained that to them they didn’t ask any more questions they didn’t want to see anything as a matter of fact they even helped guide me on how to set up the first and second melt Market because they’re like look if we drive by we don’t want to see anything I know you’re having a lot of artist clothing brands things like that and I had that in the street view I had the positive brands that the city would drive by and I saw I had a hemp farm right there so if anyone does drive by they see this hemp Farm they see tie-dye makers they see painters they see people blowing glass they might see kind candy machine at this last one so you really have to make it friendly for the public when they look at it maybe they’re not going to want to go inside the event but when they look at it they’re not going to be scared don’t have people with these big torches just flaming these rigs because that’s a very scary people to see well said you know I mean you know I I’m halfway I’m the loud and proud you know like oh we should be able to smoke on the the sidewalk type of thing but then on the other hand I’m like well if I can just do what I can to like make it like get us along the way you know if it’s if it’s not that big of a deal and that doesn’t sound like it’s that big of a deal you know I I actually really like that like make it so that it almost grabs your attention and then when you go there and R like hey I’m thinking about coming in like oh this is an adults only event and this is what it is and and oh no thank you but but you’re not offended you’re not like what the [ __ ] was going on like you know exactly and then one thing too is that like people saw that I got a good amount of traffic into the event and I want people to know I gave away 500 tickets to this last melt market and of those 500 tickets that I gave away the code to Les Le than 250 were used the rest of it was you gave me one I use it yeah and rest of it was organic because I could see all the codes that are being used so thank you to the people that showed up and to all the strangers and dude I Gotta Give it up to you and your Reddit group you guys are solid soldiers you guys come out you guys pull support to everybody listening go on to Reddit I’m telling you use Reddit learn it apply it you’re going to get the returns Instagram gets me 20% of the crowd Reddit brings in the rest I’m just being honest folks Reddit I will say Reddit you know is Reddit that’s what people need to understand about it you know people can get on Anonymous accounts and be [ __ ] that’s the internet but you need to find the value in it and like you said Illinois trees reddit.com ril trees if you want to join it’s free to join there’s like I think 36,000 other people on there you know um and I work with the mod team um so and and frankly just if I could address your point really quick because there’s like a small a very small but vocal minority on Illinois trees that doesn’t believe you should be able to post things like the Melt Market they don’t want you to post about Michigan they don’t want you to post homeg grow and as the mod team we are very uh staunch allow everything that’s cannabis related as long as it’s relevant um and that includes melt markets in Illinois or uh events in Michigan you know that you might be able to go to or good deals in Michigan like we encourage people to shop smartly we encourage people of Illinois or visiting Illinois to seek out quality affordable cannabis and we don’t care how you do it so that’s thank you for recognizing that that we give space to that because again there’s a small minority of people that are very loud and insist No it should only be the Illinois cannabis operators this should only be licensed products on this website and it’s like first of all while that would be easy right now because there’s such a small number of operators it’s [ __ ] uh ridiculous how small it is we might be able to like figure it out how to track all the products but ultimately that’s an exercise and futility IDE ideally there will be more licenses and we’re not going to track all the different [ __ ] Brands and which ones are real quote unquote and which ones aren’t like no this is about smoking weed Freedom of Information you know and I dude honestly when I came across Reddit it was only because someone had told me before like the only reason I heard about this event was from the Illinois trees subreddit group and I was like I gotta check this out because everybody kept repeating the same thing yep yeah and you know it’s definitely um you know even somebody in here saying I’ll downb every Michigan this is Illinois support support local and hey we respect that opinion um definitely like I feel in many ways I try to support local uh but also there aren’t a lot of good local options that personally I can support and morally feel good about um because of their stances on things like grow things like the continued criminalization of cannabis which is the fall in this system right so I get where you’re coming from with support local but hopefully there’s a future where like we can do that where it’s not just corporate cannabis you know what I mean um and that’s kind of the point in having you on right now by the way is like you know I would love it if there were more people from Illinois at the Melt Market selling their Wares but frankly our Market’s not there right now um Michigan is more of a and I I want to give you the space here but Michigan is just more of a caregiver market and that’s that is all like set up and ready to go over there you know what I mean so go ahead um I just want to give a huge shout out to um Brown Bag seeds um oh he’s had probably the most support of the Illinois brands that I’ve seen outside the state um he’s a great representative of the state and I really want to push people to start doing things more of like the single Source style that he’s doing and to come out of the Shadows like come to the Melt Market I would love to give you a space to Showcase what you’re working on what you’re doing you know let the people give you their feedback or let the people Be Wild by what you’re doing so yeah if you’re from Illinois and you want to come out of the Shadows send me a message at the Melt market and I will find a space for you um we’ve had a lot of small time first people coming out to be vendors and I loved it like you know we had a guy who just brought out his vegetables from his farm he grows good chronic indoors he grows awesome vegetables outside he brought that we had coffee vendors and so we have all these people from Illinois but we need other like Farmers Growers processors from Illinois like please if you’re there come on like I want to bring you out here like we got Michigan people coming out we got Wisconsin people coming out we got Indiana vendors coming out but we have a lack of Illinois representation when it comes to processors and Growers and I think it’s because I truly believe it’s because we don’t have a a a system like Michigan which is a caregiver-based system like and that’s why in just for folks in one of my recent articles with the state of Illinois I asked about the fact that there are caregiver like there’s caregiver language that seems to indicate somebody can grow for you and like that’s what we’re lacking in Illinois there there are people that can’t grow weed at home and so you know if we could have caregivers like these people in Michigan you know um get established but like you say you know the people like brownbag seeds or Logan local like they’re smart and they play safe because you know what in Illinois and Mr 12 and 12 he just joined Mr 12 and 12 is another one Mr 12 and 12 yep he was also one of the vendors there yeah so that’s cool he’s a local that showed up but you know there are really good ones but like you say if I feel like maybe sometimes you won’t see them there or you’ll only see them certain places because they’re very smart about it because frankly Illinois is just as satisfied mind just said is not decriminalized so so just like tell people you know go to your local community like Library talk to them as well get information from them become active in your local city hall become friends with them use that to your benefit you know yeah dude that is one of the most poignant points you’ve made and you know I’ve already I already thought about getting more involved in my community but now I have so many more reasons to um you know what I mean because I think think you made a really good point about like getting involved in so many different ways that when you ask about something like this they’re like oh hey this is Cole he he’s great he [ __ ] volunteers he’s obvious he’s not you know he’s exactly you know you’ll have more trust than if you just randomly approach them be like hey man I want to do this you know like I’m sorry to say this but if you have dreadlocks and you try to pull off an event they’re going to judge you the entire time you’re playing for the applications and the perment and the police are gonna be mean to you they hate dreadlocks in Illinois and I don’t know why I mean and you say this as a person didn’t you say you the reason you shaved your hair is because you tired of the I had long hair when I wasn’t going bald and I would get pulled over all the time I would get harassed when I had hair but the second I started going bald and I shaved my head all the way the police are waving at me and they’re like he’s one of ours and I’m just like right what don’t say that right exactly no that’s that’s crazy so yeah well cool um that’s really cool those were like two of my biggest questions like how did you make this happen and I guess my next question is what does the future look like I mean it sounds like you’ve got a friend and them you know it sounds like they gave you a framework of maybe how to continue to do this but um do you have any I know that you know it’s early and you’re still trying to figure out this but uh like is the goal to expand and like have these things like all over the state of Illinois or you just focusing local or do you have a goal uh so my goal right now is to do four year and that’s just for this first year so the next one’s going to be November 9th for those that are asking it’s going to be on a Saturday November 9th and I’ll give out the address later this when I get the insurance approved I already got the permiss from the police and the fire department and the city I just need to make sure that the insurance approves and gives me the okay and then the information will be out and then after that the Winter Market is going to be at the Lonas Brewery in pilson that’s owned by Warner Brother Studios so they’re pretty open to the idea of any event that has consumption because they have an incredible ventilation system very cool very cool so it sounds like the the future is just focusing on banging out you know a solid for a year um I think it’s it’s good to start small and steady and that’s important one thing that I not too if I space them out every four months is I’m able to give the Growers and the processors time to pull off a Fresh Harvest so every time they come to the Melt Market they’re bringing the brand new uh product and to Brett Bert’s point I am not renting the Lonas Brewery from Lonas I’m going directly to the owner of the land of the property Warner Brother stud Studios so thank you for pointing that out you went to Warner Brothers wow didn’t expect that to come up in this conversation um well cool like like I was just saying though I feel like yeah slow and steady is the way to start because you’re do you do you worry at all all the time especially the 10 days before the event the 10 days right before the event I’m W bullets uh this last event I had to make sure I had like 1,200 ft of extension cord so I had to make sure it was all construction great so I could run the power to certain like vendors and the event thing I had to watch out for the rain on Sunday so this event um I’ve had to buy a lot of things myself so this one was like a little bit stressful because I had wanted to find good quality tables good quality pop-up tents heavy duty extension cables and getting the extensions was the hardest part a lot of places were sold out cuz summer they said so that was a little stressful but it makes it easier for the next one and the one after that because I just pick up where I left off off and I’m able to make it better and better and hopefully things will be better maybe next year and you know when you’re asking about what I take this on the road somewhere I would like to do Massachusetts and I would like to do Portland Oregon so um I’ve I like H dog uh he’s been really cool with me and my family so I would like to do something out there in the East Coast with him and then up there in Oregon um yeah there’s a lot of great people that have been really cool with my sister and she just lives next to all these great canvas Legends so I want to go out there and where we like you know I have a connection and I can access these points of Entry is where I want to go so yeah yeah and Illinois stay tuned like I know you guys are watching I know you guys want an event down there if someone can give me some good information or send me some great like you know venues just to look at and I can start to back door it from there so thank you very much if you to send me any information hell yeah definitely send that information and like I said I’ve got I’ve got a connection possibly in Carbondale because they had their first you know consumption event where they were handing out samples it’s similar to what you’re doing a little different but oh and I got a theater for you for your documentary oh yeah that will allow consumption right I’ll send you the information in a message later I’m talking to them right now maybe doing another event sweet sweet maybe we can yeah yeah let’s make something happen I’d love to if I can if we can make it align at all um that that would be cool because you know to somebody’s point that they said earlier like one of the plans actually with these screenings is I’m going to be hitting up people like you know a Logan local or a Jane and Mary’s or a River Bluff Collective you know these different people that are either selling hemp or just straight up selling and uh you know I want them to be at my mini do so that we can learn local but also support local you know what I mean um so yeah if we can ever align that but um yeah this is uh this is all interesting stuff and I just want to applaud you and I just want to you know I’ve never done a live before but I feel like you need some like applause of some sort so like folks if you went there I feel like everybody this is like the a very popular live stream for me which is NOT saying something it’s not like it’s in the hundreds or anything but if you went there and you like support this this movement drop a [ __ ] some sort of emoji in the the chat I was going to say a fire Emoji but I’m worried maybe figure all phones have that emoji anyways I just want you to get some sort of like applause because you deserve it man like seriously things are so [ __ ] up right now so like see things see people doing what you’re doing like it’s one of the only things that’s given me Faith uh right now is to see the community come together and support each other you know in the way that you’re doing it no and uh you know I want to use my page if you guys have something going on in your area let me know and I will promote it on the Melt Market page it’s just going to be sitting there for the next few months while I prepare for the next event so if you guys want me to spread the word on something let me know the better we do the better we all do you know so yeah hell yeah well dude on that no I just want to say I thank you for coming on and talking about this openly because I know a lot of people don’t and the reason I love that you’re doing this is not only because it’s exciting to talk about because again I hope that this that that this stuff like other people hear this like I’m inspired you’ve inspired me to like maybe I could do something in my hometown because I know a lot of these [ __ ] people and like you know like who they know me well and like who’s to say I couldn’t make something like not even a melt Market but like a screening where we smoke outside right because that doesn’t happen in every town so like yeah you inspired me at least uh can I just say something really quick before I get off hey mine um if you want to know which vendor allow the you’re looking for let me know some of the vendors don’t want to be publicly put out there like that so let me send them message if you have one in mind so i’ like to respect all their privacy and if you do go to the M Market you know that I had to ask anyone with the camera to please ask the vendors or anyone before you film or take their picture because we want to respect everyone’s privacy as well yep yep because again it’s just like man on one hand it’s legal but on the other hand the reason we’re being so careful is because it ain’t that legal yeah you know unfortunately dude it it’s really a goddamn shame it’s it’s basically all I talk about on my podcast so I won’t get started on that before we go do you want to say anything else man you got the space uh anything else you want to you said November 9th just for anybody that are tuning in right now that’s the next melt Market stay tuned on location anything else you wanted to holler out man I just want to say thank you to all the vendors that have put their faith in me from the first one I had a lot of um negative energy towards me in the first one and everyone you know sent me a lot of messages asking questions and you still came through thank you very much for that and for the second me melt Market I just want to say thank you again to those that came and to the ones that couldn’t make it there’s always the next one so yeah I’ll see you guys there and Cole thank you very much for you know sharing the word giving me this time and for what you’re doing man I really enjoy what you’re putting out there and I think the people here really dig it so thank you yeah and I’m not kidding when I say that these things I mean I’ve it’s obvious at this point but these what you’re doing has a special place in my heart and just anytime reach out I’m happy to support you thank you yep well cool all right man well I’m gonna I’m gonna make sure to make it to the next one um I promise I’m gonna sign in blood hey man everyone’s here watching listening so we’ll see you there that’s on the record yep so people can back that up all right well cool you take care peace see you all right folks well thank you for tuning into to our first live episode that was super cool I hope you found value in it and I hope you support uh local people uh like this or just even events like this you know these these things are super important for the Cannabis culture and and the movement in general so that’s my parting thought to you all take care
